Shrimp / 200g
Fish Meat and Yam Cake (はんぺん) / 100g
Square bag / 3 pieces
Sesame oil / 3 tbsp
★Sake / 1/2 tbsp
★Mayonnaise / 1 tablespoon
★Salt / a little
★ sliced chestnut powder / 1 tbsp
Steps

Cut the square bag into 9 equal parts for later use.

Shell the shrimp and pick the intestines, wash and drain the water, and beat with a knife for about 2 minutes until it becomes a sticky shrimp glue.

Put the shrimp glue, fish yam pill and ★ ingredients into a bowl, crush them by hand, and mix for about 1 minute.

Put the square buns into the small holes of the small meatball baking tray, and then evenly add the ingredients of step 3 on the bread. Then add sesame oil to each hole.

Adjust the electric heating pot to MED heat, cover the pot, and fry for about 4 minutes. Using a small ball pin, flip each toast and bake for 1 minute. It is finished when the bottom becomes crispy and the filling is cooked.
